WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR CARPET CLEANING SPECIALS?

BASIC STEAM CLEANING & DEODORIZING

Pro Carpet includes a basic carpet cleaning, a pre-inspection walk through, and steam cleaning of the exposed areas with a general detergent/deodorizing solution. If your carpet is under 7 years old we also recomment that you have ScotchgardTM applied.

We do not include furniture moving in our specials. Please move anything you would like before our arrival. We ask this so we have complete access to any area that is to be cleaned.

Our technician will ask you to point out any stains, heavily soiled areas, or other areas of concern during the pre-inspection walk-through. Heavily soiled areas or spotted carpet may need some additional work. At the time of the pre-inspection, the technician will advise you of any additional work and charges.

PET CLEANING PACKAGE & PET STAIN/ODOR TREATMENT

Included in Pro Carpet's Pet Package is the necessary basic cleaning special and enzyme treatments for pet urine stains & odors. Many of these can be eliminated with just one treatment. These treatments usually work on urine spots immediately and take on average 7-14 days to remove the odor. Be advised; while the enzyme is working the odor can become more noticeable before it is eliminated.

In the event the pet spot or odor comes back within a 21 day period we will be happy to come out and retreat it free of charge! Ninety-Nine percent of pet odors can be eliminated in this way. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate 1% we also offer pad replacement and floor sealing.
